An agreement statement will be established with you in your first session, outlining a few general things and any specific arrangements. The agreement will be sent by email and will be valid for the year that unfolds, and reviewed annually. All agreement and other documents related to our engagement with self-care and supervision are recorded and kept securely and confidentially at Dwelling Reflective Practices.

Our engagement in self-care sessions/supervision/external supervision will aim to support your exploration of issues that arise in the session. Our shared understanding and agreement will be to focus discussion on personal issues and how they impact you personally/professionally, and to support and sustain developments of strategies to cope and overcome these challenges.
Mutual respect is our shared right and responsibility, and my practice standards comply with PACFA code of ethics. I ensure privacy and confidentiality through all aspects of our discussions, however I am required by law and professional accreditation to act where risk of harm to yourself or others may be evident, and will support you through such processes if necessary. If you experience any issues regarding this, PACFA are available to receive complaints through grievances processes.
Self-care/supervision sessions can be accessed by video via the Zoom platform or other options if this is not possible for you. Session arrangements may be discussed via telephone, text or email. Cancellations and rescheduling are preferred to occur with 1-2 days notice if possible.
The statement will include our agreed fee and your employee’s details if you are accessing external supervision.
The statement will be signed by us both and be valid for the 1 year.
